This week the artistic licence goes to Vishal Bharadwaj's "HAIDER".The movie is directly inspired from William Shakespeare's " Hamlet". The movie's editing is superb and the screenplay and cinematography is authentic in its execution. The music of the film provokes the storyline to evolve into a level much more experimental than a rich musical drama. The casting of the actors seem wonderful and apt.

Finally the stellar performances given by all the actors raises its standards to a must watch film.Thought provoking and sleek execution by director Vishal Bharadwaj has made his work perfect for a larger group of audience much wider to the niche hindi film audience amongst whom scripts with experimental storylines are appreciated. Special mention has to be given to Kay Kay Menon, Tabu, Shahid Kapoor and the new girl in the block Shraddha Kapoor. Shahid's performance is soul-stirring.

Wishing that he pursues this level in performance and etches a permanent position amongst the superstars of this era.This film makes you think about human emotions at a time when the youth has lost its relevance to understand the sacrifice their previous generations may have made to live in a free country. true Shakesperean style makes every scene a heart bearing loss if missed out while paying for your popcorn, a fine example of what a good story, clear uncluttered performances and challenging film making can do to revive a classic.
